Wireless Sensor Node

Designed and fabricated a custom 4-layer PCB for a wireless sensor node targeting IoT environmental monitoring applications.
The board integrates a Nordic nRF52840 SoC, onboard LDO regulators, a 16-bit ADC for precision analog sensing, and a coin-cell power path. BLE advertising interval is tuned dynamically based on battery voltage to extend life beyond 1 year on a single CR2032.
Firmware is written in Zephyr RTOS with a custom BLE GATT service. Schematic capture and layout in KiCad; manufactured through JLCPCB.
